How to collect credit card information using JotForm?

I would like to build a one page basic information form that will contain credit card information that can be stored securely in your datasystem. I would like to have this form accessed either on my website or instagram if possible.

Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect sensitive information including collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. In order to receive payments using JotForm, it is required to use one of the payment methods from the form builder.

If such fields are used on the forms, the associated account will be auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.
