How can I retrieve my form?

    Fiz o formulário e nenhum de meus emails retorna o reset de senha, não consigo recuperar.

    This form (https://www.jotform.com/63153785070658) is under the username (ERONI). 

    The email address you provided did not match with the user account's email address. The account's email has .br at the end. Also, this email is in the bounce list. It is the reason why you are not getting any emails from JotForm.
