How to show google maps on my form?

i have made a incident form.  if there is a was for google maps to map the address and show a picture. also wondering if there is just a way to enter lat and long for google maps to search?

On behalf of my colleague, you are most welcome. I see you are currently using the Address Map Locator widget for your incident form.

If you want, you can also check out our Geolocation widget. This widget allows you to show a default location on a map using latitude and longitude. It also allows your users to enter a latitude and longitude to find a location.
