Update on my form

    I have uploaded the site to a temp server so you can see what Im talking about.

    It is totally different from what I have designed. It is the first version.

    I do not understand..please log onto my account and look at the marina survey form

    and then go look at the temp site and you will see what Im talking about

    also when I preview it and then "open in new tab" it is different again....

    The screenshot Ive upoaded is the design I made.
    The one on the site is different, cant figure it out.

    Hi Martin,

    I just check your form and I don't see any differences. Can you please try to clear your browsers cache and recheck again your forms? Maybe this is due to an old cache files.

    You cannot have looked very closely
    here is the URL you will have to click on the survey link to go to the page
    I cleared the cache first thing before I sent an email
    I am a MCSE its the first thing I did, but then I tried it on 2 more comps and a laptop to get the same result
    take a close look at the picture and then look at the site there is a difference !!
    It has to be on Jotforms end

    Upon checking your form in your website and the attached image that you provide, I don't see any differences at my end also like my colleague's response above. However, I will provide screenshot of your form in your website:
