I Made a mistake with my email in my user to jotform. my email is email@example.com isn't .br, so, when i request reset instructions it can't delivery because i used a email adress that doesn't exist.

This form (https://www.jotform.com/63153785070658) is under the username (ERONI).
The email address you provided did not match with the user account's email address. The account's email has .br at the end. Also, this email is in the bounce list. It is the reason why you are not getting any emails from JotForm.
I went ahead and requested for a password reset instructions to be sent to your email address.

Because of having the same IPs, I changed the e-mail address from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com.
You can now recover your account's password.
