PCI Risk Transaction Error

Please see message received from customer who was unable to order through the form.

When checking out I received an error saying PCI :: Risk - Transaction refused due to risk model, so I attempted the transaction again and I received the same error.

That error typically occurs when the billing address entered does not match with the CC credentials entered in the CC fields. Please make sure to enter the exact billing address associated with the card.
