I can't change the name of a box in the configurable list

I am trying to change the name of a box in a configurable list in this form and its not working. I have used CL many times without this problem.  

I want to change the box AP Pickup Fee to Univ Fees in the Rates (Prices) page

I already changed it in the edit function....but the changes don't show up.  

I've fixed it for you. The text is in the CSS tab. The CSS codes are there to make two rows in the widget. Please check it now.
