On the 16th of may, the filled in forms did not get to my customers e-mail adress, I good see that the forms "has arrived" at Jetform, by loggin with my account. When I see there the filled in forms, how do I know that the form are send or not send to the programmed e-mail adres?? Please your advise and help.

You were not recieving because your email address firstname.lastname@example.org was on our bounce list, I have already removed it from the list. You should now and then recieve every single submission into your inbox, but you can also retrieve them from your Jotform inbox
