This is very ugent please.
I had a designer install a jotform on my website www.kavonichone.co.zasome time back.
For some reason, I have not been receieving enquires from that form for a while now whereas I used to get enquiries on a daily basis.
I am extremely concerned about this as my business depends on new busness enquiries.
Could uyou pl;ease urgently look into this and tell me what the problem may be?

I have removed email@example.com from our bounce list. It should be working by now.
