Submission form names are wrong

Hi guys, There seems to be a problem with submissions for my forms, I get the name of an old form that i have as the title on the email that i receive. It contains the write form filled out but the name of the form is wrong can you take a look please.

Really happy with your product though as I rave about it actually.

There are chances that you cloned that form from your old form titled "BRAWL REG FORM 2016 NYE" and forgot to change the subject of the notifier.

All you need to change the Email Subject as described in the Screenshot

Irfan is completely right. You still have the old name of your form as the email subject. Please see the screenshot:

Please change the email subject in your notification settings.
