Title in Tab is the name of the template, not my form

Ive never had it happen before, but the title in the tab that opens when I click on my deployed link shows the name of the template its based on and not my title

You can change the form page title in the Advanced Preferences settings. Here's how:

1. Open your form and click the Preferences button in the Form Builder.

2. In the Preferences, select the Advanced tab. After that, click the Show More button and Edit the Page Title. When you're done, click the Save Changes button.
