Why is my form loading so slow?

I have three forms that I am trying out.  I want to get them on my website and track how much they are being used before I decide on what package to purchase.  But I cannot put them on my website yet because they are taking far too long to load.  Is there any reason for them to take so long?  It says something about establishing a secure connection and takes some time to load if at all before I close it and move on.

This is not a live website yet, I have to get things all up and running before I can make it live and now these forms are stopping me.

Are you still having difficulty loading your form and putting it on your website?

I checked your form and it is working smoothly on my end. I also cloned it and test it on my end, it is working fine too.
