Hello, In our previous registration periods (3x per year) we have had people upset with not being able to utilize the forms from a mobile device. We will be opening Registration again soon.
Currently, our form is imbedded in our Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/BrightYogis/app/684336108254110/
Our website is not yet up and running, but we are hoping to have it for this next session. I am not sure if the problem arises from mobile attempts to use the form in facebook or mobile attempts in general with Jotform. If there is any resolution available, please let me know. Facebook do not support tabs on mobile devices. Also current embed code using the "Add JotForm Tab" does not work on mobile device. You can check the discussion of it here: https://developers.facebook.com/bugs/435173473172584/.
You can also use an alternative on this using custom iFrame Apps, you can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/82-Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Custom-iFrame-App-.
