    I would like to cancel my subscription

    I opened an account for role I was in for work, but have not been in that role for the last year.

    I have found several subscriptions associated with domain psav.com

    Can you please let us know the exact account we should cancel, the account associated with the email address you used to post here is not related to any paid account.

    I receive charges every month to my Visa card and emails to my email address- jodom@psav.com. Does this help?

    Unfortunately the account Texan that is related to your email address is on free status, upon checking on our records using your email address jodom@psav.com cannot find any payment received, I can only find payments received from accounts related to another email addresses under the same domain. 

    If you could provide us a subscription number or the username you upgraded that would be helpful for us to find and cancel your subscription.
