We have a Paypal Pro Merchant account, and I successfully tested the first form I created with transactions of one cent.  However, I created a convention registration form and got this error:

PayPal Pro: PCI :: Processor Decline shown when trying to submit the form and complete the payment Screenshot 20

I applied SSL encryption and still got the same error.  Our Paypal API was verified just fine.

    Apologies for the inconvenient.

I have tested the integration on my end and I can see it works fine, upon checking the integration directly on your form I can see the information entered is valid since it can be verified properly:

PayPal Pro: PCI :: Processor Decline shown when trying to submit the form and complete the payment Screenshot 30

And I can also see you have sandbox mode enabled, please do note that this way the transaction will not be completed and the credit card used will not be charged, please set the sandbox mode to no and test your integration again.

Do let us know if the issue still persists, we will be looking forward to your response.

I'm still having the same issue. Is there a number I can call?

    Thanks, Laura

We do not provide phone assistance, Laura, but we'll gladly help you get the issue resolved through our support forum.

I have checked your linked form, which I see is form 63405796861163, and upon making a test submission I see the following error:

PayPal Pro: PCI :: Processor Decline shown when trying to submit the form and complete the payment Screenshot 40

This is an error from PayPal indicating that the API credentials you are using are incorrect!

Now, as you are using your form in Sandbox Mode, please be aware that you must use your Sandbox PayPal account API credentials, and not the Live account credentials.

Please remove your PayPal Pro API credentials you've entered, and enter them again while making sure you use your Sandbox account credentials if using the Sandbox Mode, or your live account credentials if using the Live Mode.

You can access the configuration of your Paypal Pro payment field by clicking its wand-shaped icon:

PayPal Pro: PCI :: Processor Decline shown when trying to submit the form and complete the payment Screenshot 51

And then clicking on the gear-shaped icon of the wizard to access its configuration:

PayPal Pro: PCI :: Processor Decline shown when trying to submit the form and complete the payment Screenshot 62

Please let us know how it goes.
