Is there a way to have workflow built into a form?

I would like to have a requestor submit a form, have the form to an approver, and then have the approver send it to me.  Is that possible?

You can achieve this requirement by setting up some conditions and auto-responders on your form. Please refer to the thread below that was addressed some time ago with a similar workflow that might help you.
