    Draw on Image: Widget does not work with BMP and TIFF images

    j'ai plusieurs problemes avec ce widget. Tout d'abord j'ai remarqué que si les images ne sont pas en format BMP le fichier ne s'envoie pas. De plus, quand je reçois le mail de réponse je n'est pas la photo dans le fichier et ça c'est tres important.

    It seems that the Draw on Image widget does not currently work with .tiff and .bmp images. A bug report ticket has been escalated to our developers.

    Please try replacing the image with a .png, .jpg or .gif format. Then, re-check the functionality. You should also receive modified image in your email notification body.

    I made a test form and added PNG image on it, I was not able to replicate the problem. Here's my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/63424596320960 

    I believe JPG/JPEG is not supported, you can see in the widget description the list of image types that are supported:


    However, I see that my colleague has already forwarded the issue regarding the BMP and TIFF images, we will update you on this thread as soon as we hear any news.
