How to embed the form on a Request delivery system?

It is a delivery service and I want to create a database,

where the movement of each (composed)product generates data for lowering my items data.

I´ve already done something like this but in CLIPPER, many years ago.

I Know what I need, but how to conect with the Request delivery system I am building with Jotform ?

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. I see that you are already having a JotForm with list of items to order. Do you want to embed this form on your application? If so, we have several embed methods that you may consider using from the publish wizard of the form.
