How do I change the text that pops up after a form is submitted?

Another question I have is how do I change the text that pops up after a form is submitted? I used a template to create the form and need to change the information that shows that confirms the form has been submitted. Please advise.

I assume that you're referring to Thank you page, the page that is shown when the form is submitted?

If that's the case you can change it by going to Thank you page option and edit the text there:
