I recently had a surplus of submissions on one of my forms that took my account suddenly past its storage limit. My plan was to download files before the storage limit was reached but the influx of submissions didn't allow me time to do so. This left me in a position where I was forced to upgrade my account to have any kind of access to uploaded files. I don't want to be on this upgraded plan and wish to be returned to the previous level at the previous price. Please let me know if this is possible.Page URL:

You can cancel the paid subscription plan anytime also. This will then downgrade your subscription back to the FREE plan.
