I have checked your form and I can see all the submissions have payment info, I can also see there is one incomplete submission on your form, please do note that for incomplete submissions emails are not triggered.

What I would suggest you is to enable the IPN option on your PayPal account so you get notified as soon as there is a payment on your form: How-to-Enable-IPN-on-your-Paypal-Account

I would also suggest you to enable the incomplete payment email so you also get notified for incomplete payments:  How-to-Setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-Mail

I have also checked the email address you're using and I can see it works fine, I can see all the emails are being sent and the email address is not in our bounce list either.

Regarding to the blank submissions, are they showing empty in the submissions page?

I have checked your submissions and cannot find any that shows empty so far, but may be due to what you have mentioned, that you completed them from a spreadsheet data.

I can also see some required fields on your form so this data must be filled out in the submission; however, if this still happens on your end, please do let us know and we will be glad to check that and find why it is happening.

    We'll wait for your response.
