    Auto responder doesnt seem to be working on a themed form?

    I cloned a theme and I dont seem to be able to get an autoresponder from it.

    Im using my own smtp, but I am not getting any thing. I am getting autoresponders from other forms that use the same smtp....

     

    Could you have a look please?

    I sent a test submission to your form and it looks like the autoresponders are being sent successfully. I was able to receive the autoresponder email without any issue.

    I also checked your account email history and the autoresponders are all sent successfully. With that in mind, it looks like the issue is now resolved. You can check out your email history with this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History

    It was an SSL/TLS/No issue
