How do you add Olark chat to a form?

Support said you can do it here https://www.jotform.com/answers/133138-Live-Chat but they don't say how 

Unfortunately, it's not possible. I tried a while ago. Olark gives you a script to add the chat and we don't allow scripts in the form builder.

You may consider embedding the form to your website and add the olark script there.
