I have been using both lightbox and feedback buttons on my site for a while.
Suddenly (yesterday evening) all content based on Jquery stopped showing.
iframes still work.
I run a Wordpress site with a Headway theme, they still work as expected.
But I do use a plugin from "Yootheme" called "Widgetkit" that stopped working (yesterday)
The plugin has not updated since the problem appeared. No other plug-ins either.
Did you make any changes to your scripts yesterday?
I need both the plugin and I really would like the Jotform lightbox and the feedback buttons back again.
What should I do?

Do the codes provided by the Embed Form Wizard have a "2" on the end, as described be my colleague idarktech in this thread? If it does, remove it. If it does not have the "2", include it. Please let us know if this helps.

It had a "2", and removing it helped :)

I know this thread was a long time ago but I wanted to post an update. We have just released a Wordpress plugin: JotForm Feedback Button. You can now add customizable feedback buttons to your web site more easily.
