Additional email recipient from dropdown menu

Will it be possible to have a dropdown menu of all people names and have a function to send a copy of the filled form to: ________@companyname.org?

I think what you were trying to achieve was similar to what was described on our user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer

You can send emails to target recipients base on condition rules on the form. I.E. you can use the answer on the Dropdown list as the basis of whom the email will be sent.

for the field - 8. Primary Trainer -

that I had as dropdown email list and could copy the exact Name variable to use in the condition and it worked very well
