I upgraded to 2 year Gold plan but my old submissions are still not restored.

    Good morning, it seems that a lot of data have been lost after a successful new two-year renovation. For example the responses dated before October 16

    Hello infolab,

    I did check your account and found that your last subscription payment due in October 2016 was not successful. That is the reason why your account was downgraded to free plan on Nov 11, 2016. Since in free account you can only retain 500 submissions, your older submissions were deleted.

    It seems you have upgraded your account to Gold bi-yearly subscription plan, I have gone ahead and restored the submissions back to your account. Your account now has 13007 submissions.
