not getting emails and don't remember password

    We are not getting emails from the form and we don't remember the username and password to login to the account.  The emails are supposed to go to info@odysseyfunworld.com but we are not receiving anything.  The webhost is requesting the exact message or message header of the returned email to help get this resolved.

    Please contact me ASAP on this issued.

    I have removed info@odysseyfunworld.com from the bounce list. 

    Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 553-"sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)"

    You can try to set the Notification Sender E-mail to noreply@jotform.com. You also need to contact your email provider and let them whitelist the following Jotform IPs.

    How can I find my username and get my password changed?

    You would only need the email address to retrieve the account. Email is info@odysseyfunworld.com.

    You can find the 'Forgot Password' button on the bottom right of the Jotform homepage.

    You can change the password once you are logged in by going to Account Settings.
