Integrate JotForm with ACT CRM

Is there a way to have submissions from a form automatically populate an ACT database? 

I'm assuming you're referring to the ACT CRM solution - We don't integrate with that CRM yet but you may use Zapier to achieve something similar:

That Zapier connection for JotForm works fine connecting to Act - you just need to make sure you have Act Premium running so the WebApi is available.
