    Thank you for contacting us.

    I have checked your form and tested for to upload a photo to form. I sent a test submissions to your form however, I could not replicate the same issue. I can attach a photo to your form. As you can see:

    Everything works properly, here is test submission. You can saw the photos that I attached:

    Also, I have checked your submissions and realized that this submission was not contained "photo".

    I checked your history and saw that  the image upload field not required before this submission. It means the user can submit the form without the uploading image.

    Now, your image upload field is required. The images can upload in form and submissions, you can see it above.
