HTML Submit buttons stopped displaying

All the forms in this account, use HTML submit/reset buttons. For the past couple years they worked fine.  All of a sudden, as of a couple days ago, they stopped showing on our forms, and now the forms take forever to load.

The buttons show in the editor, but do not display when view form through the direct link or on the webpage.

Please advise what changed and how to fix it.  Right now, we added simple submit buttons on everything until a permanent resolution is achieved.

I'm sorry to tell you this but adding HTML code to your form is not allowed any more. That's why, you thought that it stopped working. 

On the other hand, If you would like to add a reset button to your form together with the submit button, you can do it by enabling from the preferences of submit button.
