My Dwolla account is not linking to my JotForm account

    My tenants have tried logging into DWOLLA to pay their rents and are unable to access our account.  Please help!  This has not been a smooth transition.  Is there a number I can call and have someone walk me through all the steps?

    UPDATE: Unfortunately, Dwolla is discontinuing its product as of October 2018. But if you’re looking for an alternative to collect ACH payments through your forms, you can check out other great alternatives here.

    We do not provide phone support, but we'll gladly assist you through our support forum. Now, it sounds like you are having some troubles setting up your Dwolla payment field, so that you would receive payments to your Dwolla account directly through our JotForm forms.
