I forgot my password and haven't received the reset password.

    Hi there I have a login under the email kvanwetering@sd308.org, but my name changed so that email is no longer valid.  The new email is kpuracchio@sd308.org and I need the reset password email to go to that email address instead.  Either way somehow I need to log in to my account and need to reset my password.  Can someone help?  Thanks, Katie

    I did check your account and found that you have already changed your account profile email address to your new email. That means you wee able to sign in to your JotForm account successfully.
