Hi,
I am having problems with the "forward" button on the submissions page. I have attempted to send a submission via email but it appears that they are not actually being sent. I tried using different email address to see if that was the issue, checked the spam folder, etc. no emails received.

Hello crossfitangela,
I did test the issue by forwarding one of your submission to my email address and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. The forwarded submission was not received.
The issue seems to be related to From email / sender email address. Please note that when you forward/reply submissions, it is sent form your account profile email address. Your account profile email has AOL based email which has a none issue of sending / receiving submissions because of the DMARC policy.
I would suggest you to please use some other "From Email" address and that should solve your problem. I did test this by changing the from email and I did receive the email successfully. Please check the screenshot below:
