Form not going to PayPal.

    I just created a new form. It works OK, but when I press the submit button, it freezes at "please wait" and does not go anywhere. I used the PayPal credentials I always use for this client. It happens the same in preview mode and online.

    I redid the whole payment section to see if that would work. It didn't, plus now it is not updating when I apply changes to the payment widget.

    Before I check with my client about the PayPal account. Can you check and see if the problem is on your end? Thank you.

    It appears that your form has the "Disable on Date" feature enabled as its Status, which may be why the form is not redirecting to Paypal. I cloned your form to test it and when I hit submit, I receive a message saying that "Online sales is now closed. Tickets are still available at the door".

    This error message appears because the form is set to disable on the date 2016 April 30 23:59.

    To resolve the issue, simply set the Status to "Enabled".

    1. Open Preferences

    2. On the General tab, set the Status to Enabled.

    The form should now redirect to Paypal successfully. If you need further assistance, please let us know.
