How can I downgrade without the need to cancel the account altogether?

I want to downgrade to the Free option.  It seems that I can't do it unless I cancel the account, which I do wish to maintain.

Pleazse let men know how to do it.

Hi Itamar, 

When you downgrade your account to the free plan your account does actually remain. I guess you assume that when downgraded to free the account is deleted somehow. But that is not the case. Your account, your forms and your submission data will remain even if you downgrade your plan. So, feel free to take action without any concerns.
