Are the forms that we create ADA compliant?

I work for an ISD and need to create forms for use on our website. I signed up to try your product for free to test the functionality and ease of use in creating forms for our use. There are certain forms that I would like to create and fill, as well as post to our website to meet Michigan requirements on reporting. I need to know if your product is ADA compliant. 

I'm sorry, but we are not yet ADA Compliant. This has been asked before but we don't have an update about it yet. Our higher ups might consider acquiring one and as soon as we have it, we will let you know here.
