my user name is 12921743503521561745087 and few days ago I got an email informing me that my 6 month subscription will be paid by my account *********3238 by Wells Fargo. This has been done two days ago but today a new email threaten me to stop my subscription if I don't upgrade before tomorrow..... my email is stemwerk.gmail, address is in the Netherlands, my bank account in the USA... I never receive more than 10 Jotforms by months... can you explain that ? Thank you for your answer. Jean-René Toussaint

I have checked your account and see that there is a payment made for Bi-yearly Premium subscription. However, the payment has not been updated to your account. I have now updated the account with the subscription. The account is now good in standing and the forms should be working fine. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
