hyperlink - Terms and Conditions

We've gotten hyperlinks to work on our forms in the past, but now they're not working.  What are we doing wrong?  There are two hyperlinks that need fixing on this form (right before the payment section).  Please advise me on how to do it correctly as we use lots of these in our registration forms.

I see that you are using simple checkbox, that does not allow hyperlink.

We developed new widget for the purpose called "Terms and Conditions" widget

Please try using that and let us know if you face any issue.
