    Hi thanks for your reply. For example the form CV submission when I copy the link

    https://form.jotform.me/50361387725458
    I get Server not found in my Mozilla Firefox browser.
    Also when I embed the code to one test html file the form does not appear. May be is something with my code? But what made me to think that there is a problem is when I copy the link on my browser.
    Could you please confirm that the link I provided you above is not reachable?

    Hello Pambos,

    I checked your form and your account, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue. Could you please check if the issue persists and if you can give us more information how you get server error, when you open the the form to view, edit or while submitting it?
