I followed your instructions in the following thread to pass values from one form to the next:
I have 2 forms and want to pass some of the fields from form 1 to form 2 (since form 2 will be optional). I enabled HTTP Posting, and created the interim PHP page per your instructions. Here are the detailed forms/pages:
Form 1: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/21338930254956
Form 2: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/21408356039957
PHP URL: http://ccformtools.zxq.net/FreeForm_PassThru.php
When you submit form 1 the redirect works fine and results in form 2, but the values are not being passed to the new form. This is the resulting URL (from the PHP script):
I checked all of the field names and the appear to be correct. But the values just aren't passing over.
One other thing ... I am embedding form 1 in my standard HTML layout. That form is displayed using http://chartcapture.com/free. I would like the 2nd form to also be embedded with the same HTML format. Is there any way to accomplish that using the PHP post method?Page URL:

When using the post data method, you will receive the submitted data via array. Have you tried following the instructions on this user guide?
Doing a prepopulation using URL parameters is using a GET data method so this is actually different from the post method being used by the Send Post Data feature.
