Images set through HTML tags inside labels are not showing up

I don't know what happened, but for some reason the images as checkbox options are not appearing as images, they are appearing as the img tag text.

I didn't change anything, and it was working before. It works in the form editor, but not in the preview. A screenshot of the form in the editor is attached.

I have taken a look at your form, and I saw the issue you were describing:

However, upon cloning your form into my account for testing, and re-saving the form, the cloned form is appearing as intended:

There was a temporary problem with the image tags being rendered as text, and our developers have already resolved the issue. Your form should now display as it used to.
