How to open Terms & Conditions in a new page?

Hi

When i link the terms & Conditions to a external page after reading the page the should return to the same form with all the previous form details what the user has entered so how do I do it. Then submit the form.

Please note that if you want to use external terms and condition URL, I would suggest you to please add "Terms & Conditions" widget in form which will allow you to add an external URL. When users click on the link, it will open a new window to display the terms & condition.

Alternatively, you can also add "Short Scrollable Terms" widget which will display the content within the form.
