Why can`t I find an existing conditional logic in it`s dialog box?

I need to edit a calculation conditional logic in the form but I can`t find it. I also have to copy it to another form and it doesn`t appear in the list of conditional logic dialog box. It simply disappeared. 

Its a drive distance widget that calculates the distances between to places and add currency values to another field. I can`t find it at all in the form.

I checked your form, and I see there is a Form Calculation widget called "Total a Pagar R$", not sure if that is the calculation you are looking for. If you want to edit it, simply click on the wan icon:
