Is it possible to cut and paste into the form and to default date picker?

1.  We would like members to be able to "cut" and "paste" tables or images into response fields.  Can the field be enable to permit these actions?

2. We are using a widget date picker.  Is there a way to make the date selection optional or include N/A versus forcing the user to input a date?

1. I'm afraid that this is not possible, you can not paste data into the form, but what you could do to make it easier to upload files is to use Drag and drop widget:

2. I couldn't find a way to do that with Date Picker, but you can check our default Date field since there is  an option to set default date there:

That way your users will not be forced to input a date.
