    Email submission problem

    The form i've created isn't reaching the receipiant when submitted. Although the email address is correct. Also can I add two email addresses to the form submission.

    Hi ;

    We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you.Please lets know thw form's URL or ID that you try to submit to have a look at it.

    In meantime please can you change the the sender's name and email in notification page to; Jotform and noreply@jotform.com respectively.

    You can also whitelist Jotmail's IPs , you can request your ISP or Mail provider to add the following IPs on the link;

    http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

    Try also to add noreply@jotform.com to your contact list in the email account. You can also try changing the notification email address to yahoo or gmail account and test.

    Yes, you can add tow or more email addresses as notification email, check the user guide link below;
