Why are my forms showing up as being delivered from my own email instead of being delivered by jotform?

    The curly all forms of being blocked by my spam filters.  As the sender my personal email is being cited.  He used to be cited as noreply@jotform.com. I need help fixing this problem right away.  I can be reached at my office via telephone at 508 - 366 - 4894.  Please ask for Patrick.

    Hi Patrick

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused.Can you try to do the following;

    i. add noreply@jotform.com to your safe email address contacts.

    ii  Whitelist jotmail's IPs shown in the link below;


    iii. move the submissions from spam folder to inbox, this ensures that the spam filters are taught to know that these forms are safe and next time will have them on inbox.

    Lets know if the solution given assists.
