Can you please reset this account?

I contacted support a couplee of weeks ago - it was been erroneously reported that we had hit 10K visitors - all hits had been from development and a few client demos and certainly not 10K.  So far we have received no value from this and have resorted to testing other platforms.  If it cannot be resolved please just refund charges and close this account.

I have checked the threads related to you and I can see the other thread where you reported this, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1003222

As per that thread I can see the form that has received more  views is this one: http://www.jotform.us/form/63365811874160

And upon checking the form in our form analytics tool I can see it has indeed most of the views your account shows:

On the other thread I can also see the counter was already reset so this cannot be done again, now do note that if you have shared this form or you are opening it multiple times while you're not logged into your JotForm account then these views will be counted, no matter the number of responses received in this form, may be that the form is being loaded only without submitting it, so the only way to avoid the views while you're testing is by keep the JotForm session opened and test the form in the same web browser where you're logged in, this way you avoid to increase the views due to your tests.

If you need your form to be working then an upgrade will be required, otherwise you will need to wait until the counter resets the next month.

If you have any question, please let us know.
