I cant edit the link in form which shows old content.

        The link at the end of the submission process to submit another proposal, it’s leading to me the 2015 page (see below). This definitely needs to be updated and I can't see where to do that.

Have you solved this problem already? I did test your form and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. I do not see any link or any section displaying 2015 page. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please guide use on which link you are clicking which displays 2015 page and we will take a look.
