What are my payment submission limits

Am I limited on how many payments I can process on my forms? If so what happens when the limmit is reached and customers try to submit?

Yes, the number of payment submissions you can receive is limited to up to 10 payment submissions per month for a free plan.

If you need to receive a higher amount of payments, you can upgrade to one of our paid plans that supports the number of payment submissions you expect to be receiving. Our first tier Bronze plan already comes with as many as 1.000 payment submissions you can receive per month.

Should you reach your monthly amount of payment submissions, same as with any other monthly limits, your forms would get temporarily disabled until your counters reset on the first day of next month. You can also upgrade your account to increase the limits.
