An image displays as black and white in the PDF format of a submission

Hi, I've customized my PDF Report, I've added image on the form, and enabled the header preview and then custome edited.

Now When I preview the custom pdf it shows logo color and white, but when I download all the submissions, the logo appears to be black and white with unusual look. 

Please help me in this regard. Please find attached screenshots to have an idea of what I mean.

I have tested this with multiple colored images, in several formats, and they all display correctly colored within the submission PDF file.

The only time I could reproduce the issue you are describing, is when using your specific image file:

That is when the submission PDF file appeared like this:

It seems that your particular image is corrupted in some way, and is creating this issue. I have re-saved that image into PNG format for testing, and the new image is appearing correctly in the submission PDF:

Please simply use an image that is not corrupted in any way, and it should display correctly on the PDF file. For your convenience, you can get the file I re-saved into PNG format from the following link:
